Dispatch & delivery

If you request delivery to an address other than the primary address registered with your chosen payment method we reserve the right to contact you in order to carry out further security checks. Your order may be delayed as a result.

Unless otherwise specified in our product listings we aim to dispatch all items within two working days of receipt of your order.

Where items on your order have different availabilities we reserve the right to delay dispatch until all items are available.

If we are unable to dispatch your complete order within two working days of receipt of your order we will contact you by email to advise you of the date we expect to be able to dispatch it and to provide you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide to cancel your order we will refund any payment you have made to us.

Unless otherwise agreed we will dispatch your order by Royal Mail 1st class post or Royal Mail Special Delivery at our discretion.

When we dispatch any items from your order we will send you an email to confirm that they have been dispatched. The email will confirm the dispatch method we have used and provide a tracking reference where this is available.

We expect orders to be delivered to you within three working days of dispatch – although in practice the vast majority arrive before that.
