Placing an order

When you place an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase the items that are in your shopping basket.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Depending on the payment method you have selected, you may be charged for the total value of your order as soon as you place it. Please be aware that our sending an order confirmation email and/or taking payment does not indicate acceptance of your order, and does not create a contract between us.

When we receive your offer to purchase we will check the price and availability of the items you have ordered. In the unlikely event that the items are no longer available (or that we have made a pricing mistake) we will advise you of this at the earliest opportunity and refund any payment you have made to us.

If we accept your offer to purchase then we will dispatch the items and notify you by email that they have been dispatched, thereby creating a contract between us.

Coronet Collection has chosen PayPal to handle its credit card processing to ensure that your credit card details are safe. We can also accept payment from your PayPal account or by transfer from your bank account. We do not accept payment by cheque for orders placed via our website.

All orders must be paid for at the time of order using one of the methods listed above. We do not offer credit facilities.
